3-8 about me

i deleted my face book account. but i still have a ton of other sites that i check non stop. i mean i have no idea how i did it but i just wasted like four hours online. talking about crafting but not doing it. i think that I'm going to have to put my self on an Internet diet and only get online like an hour a day.

I know that people say that they do this to get back to talking to people in real life. but i don't have anyone to talk to other then Toby which is why he get way to much of me in his face. everyone that i know leaves in Toledo. and I'm not great at making friends at all.

Toby says that i don't have conversations i just question people and they don't like that. i guess that i don't really know the difference. i don't know how to talk to people.

anyways. so far over the last month Toby and i have been trying to get healthier. we only get fast food like twice a week now. so I'm cooking dinner every night. and i work out like three to four days a week. i don't go as hard as he does. I just want to be healthy not thin.

ok WWKIP day was a bust. No one showed up and when i got to the park and sat down i kept getting chased away by a duck/goose. to matter where i sat that thing would run at me mouth open. So i got out of there as soon as i could.

I'm trying to loose weight again I'm up to 155lb I'm 5-1
I really hope it sticks this time. I'm upping my water intake and trying to cut down the amount that i eat while here's a picture. I look really unhappy in them


yesterday i speed walked on the treadmill for about 30mins and tried to do the bike but i was to tired.
today I'm hoping to go 30min at 2.5 and try a little yoga. drink six cups of water and no pop.

i keep trying to get Toby to do it with me he wont even walk to down town with me it not even a two miles away

that was my workout for today. since i'm just starting up again. my reps were not many. i can only hold my plank for 5 seconds. squats were the easiest thing in my list. I did 10 minutes on my elliptical at 30 speed, and 315 distants,and burned 80 calories.

i'm going to try working out after i wake up every mon,wed,fri. sparkpeople.com gives me the list of exercises that i must do. and i get to choose the cardio.

i got an order for a cupcake purse. i just have to get the yarn and i can get started. while i'm makeing the one i may as well. make as many as i can from the yarn.

back to the work outs

Toby and i went to the office gym today.

I knew that Toby didn't want to stay long so...

I walked for five minutes
biked for five minutes
20 crunches on my ball (which has been at the gym since last may, un-poped, but they did steal a part of the pump i left)
10 reverse crunches
lots of other things too

I feel it already, good thing i have the day off the feel the pain. I still have bad knees so i know that i should not be using the treadmill, doing squats, lunges, or anything like that.

I need to relearn the names for exercises

Food: I'm hope and going to try not to eat candy or chips

life: I have to build my self back up slowly. It was only a week and i cant even do more then ten minutes on the treadmill with out felling sore. I'm not happy about this.

I managed to not gain any weight which is great.

Knitting: I knitted a head band for a bear it took me about three hours.

Life: I've been wanting to quit my second job for a while. I dont feel in place there. I'm the only black person there, but im ok with that most of the time. But every one there speaks spanish, Even the non-latin. So im dont have anyone to speak to most of the time other then customers.
I'm dating the store managers son, so the other workers dont like me for that.
I just dont like working nights, im not a night person.

But i cant quit because i need the money :(

I dont want to lose my baby

Fitness: I got my work out on this morning. My somewhat diet is dead, I dont know how to diet, i've been trying to eat less, but im still not losing weight.

Knitting: i'm trying to learn a new technique called double knitting. it's when you have two colors in a pattern and two sides that are opposites of each other. I dont think that im doing it right at all. but i will just keep working at it .

I'm almost out of yarn for my skirt so far its cost me 7$ so im not going to buy anymore.

Hair: i've been thinking about cutting my hair but i dont know. Toby hates the idea (he hates change and it killed him the last time)

Toby wants to lose weight. He wont go with any kind of diet but he’s going to try to work out more.

yesterday i walked the dog for 40 minutes. Today it was to icy out.

We got up .and worked out.

I jogged 15 minutes .80 miles at 3.5-4.0

I played trainer, I tried to teach him all i knew about lifting weight. Also using the ball, I’m so proud of him for trying.

food: I tried the scrambled tofu from the book. It was pretty good.

Barbecue Tofu
Tofu is slow cooked in a zesty homemade barbecue sauce for a delicious anytime meal.

2 lbs. extra-firm tofu, pressed and diced
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

• Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
• Serve on a bed of lettuce or on a hoagie roll.

Makes 4 to 6 servings

OVEN ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES

3/4 lb. red potatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary crumbled

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes 1 1/2 inch wide wedges. Combine potatoes, garlic, oil and rosemary in 8 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until potatoes are tender and crusty, cover in oven, stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes. Serves 2, can be doubled or tripled.

I baked cookies for my sweet. this is from a cookie cutter pack

sugar cookies
3/4 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs (egg replacer)
1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cupall-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Mix butter,sugar,eggs, and vanilla thoughly. Measure flour.stir flour, baking powder and salt together. blend all ingredients together and chill covered for 1 hour.

heat oven to 400. Roll dought to 1/8" thickness on lightly floured surface. cut with cookie cutters and place on ungreased baking sheet. bake 6 to8 minutes or until cookies are light goledern in color.will make about 4 dozen cookies.

Frosting
3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp milk 1tbsp butter (melted)

Mix all together.add food coloring (sprinkles for me). will frost 2 dozen cookies

I don't want to see her cry ....

diet/fitness:
fat tuesday was fat i ate like three of those Pounchki things. So i ended up only eating rice and tomato salsa for dinner. Toby and I exercised.
walk/ jogged .80 miles
did some weight lifting with my five pound weights
5 reps of squats
5 reps of lunges
(and i tried to do leg lifts with ten pound weights but didnt get to far)
Rowing for 3 minutes

we have to kill time before going to the airport.

Life: I got hit on hard core. I dont like it when men are aggressive with it. Tell me i look nice and go. He followed me around the store had is friends try to talk to me. Asked me for an application just so i would have to talk to him. Then when I think there gone he pops up will im in the open area bagging chips. I told him i had a boyfriend, and i guess his friends where getting tired of his silly game so they left.

Come on now were not in high school we dont need to play the lets flirt with the girl and make her think shes pretty the laugh at her game, I hate that game.

An I cant stop this feeling anymore

Life: I was so nervous about my interview today. I got all dressed up, and knitted and played on my ball which helped, until i got into the building.

I met with lisa, who was nice, then she goes you should be interviewing with the store manager not me. So i wait for him for about 5-10 minutes. He was really nice and we talked about all the things that i did for work my hobbies. i realized that i like to run around at work and he told me that office max is a different crowd then my other jobs. He seemed really ok with everything that i could do and have done. Then he also tells me that he is just a replacement manager and he needs to talk to the real one and see what the hours are like. So i dont know if i have the job or not. I have to wait for a call.

Knit: I rediscovered craftster and I want to do some of the challenges. The hat that i was making is the size I want my waist to be. So instead of getting upset, about making the hat to big. Im going to make a skirt.

Fitness/diet: I made pizza yesterday recipe mines had light cheese, tomato, and onion. I didnt spread the dough out enough so it was very thick crust pizza, but still good.

I fit in my favorite pants a little better today

I found my fit to strip DVD. I did girls next door kendra workout 10 minutes, standing abs 10 minutes, and bootylicious bun 10minutes.

When i was trying to do leg exercises with my left leg it keep feeling like i was going to pull something so i had to keep stopping .

never make plans

I pumped up my new exercise ball. Then went jog/running on the treadmill for a 1/2 an hour. until my boyhead came in and said I was offered hours working in twenty minutes.


So i went in to work and it was hella busy all day. I didnt even get a break. an i was mentally dead by the end of the shift. i could barley count my draw without messing up.

So I barley wanted to my hair but i needs to be done. Then i thought about banding. So I read about it and i hope i did it right.

I worked out yesterday. I did cardio striptease (i like sexy work outs) and standing abs.

I love off the floor ab work outs. my neck hurts when i do crunches so i just stopped doing it.So i need to find more workouts like this.


I need to work on my diet. i'm really getting off track.

yesterday Toby and I made ice cream and cookies.


I called office max today and talked to Alvin I have to call back friday to set up an interview.


I cant wait until i can go food shopping. theres not much here that i want to eat.


I wish i could get Toby to work or diet with me, I need a buddy :(

there is no need to say you love me

Some time I just don't know. my boyfriend Toby is so insecure. I'm training this girl named julia. Julia is a very cute girl but im just not that into her, all the guys and heidi are.

So Toby is all saying that im going to leave him for her. I like julia because shes cool, and shes younger. all the women that i work with are in the late 20's and up. So now i have to do damage control with toby.

for the past couple of days I havent been working out and not eatting that great either. We have little to no food in the house and we wont until next week. An maybe not even then because of the school and car.

I really need to work out a little.they last time I did it was dancing.my sides were a little sore but that was good. an im down to 130 yay!
