Food: I'm hope and going to try not to eat candy or chips
life: I have to build my self back up slowly. It was only a week and i cant even do more then ten minutes on the treadmill with out felling sore. I'm not happy about this.
I managed to not gain any weight which is great.
Knitting: I knitted a head band for a bear it took me about three hours.
