it's just a little bit of history repeting

Exercise: 10 minutes treadmill .50 miles
modified plank 10 seconds
modified side planks 10 seconds
ab roll 6 each side
ball crunches 5

Food: I'm hope and going to try not to eat candy or chips

life: I have to build my self back up slowly. It was only a week and i cant even do more then ten minutes on the treadmill with out felling sore. I'm not happy about this.

I managed to not gain any weight which is great.

Knitting: I knitted a head band for a bear it took me about three hours.

I know what you mean about working your way back up sucking. I had to do that when I stopped working out a few weeks ago.

Just keep in mind that your body has done it before and it can do it again, despite that candy from the Easter baskets you were making j/k.

Aww don't feel bad. Your body will pick back up where you left off in no time.
