Toby and i went to the office gym today.
I knew that Toby didn't want to stay long so...
I walked for five minutes
biked for five minutes
20 crunches on my ball (which has been at the gym since last may, un-poped, but they did steal a part of the pump i left)
10 reverse crunches
lots of other things too
I feel it already, good thing i have the day off the feel the pain. I still have bad knees so i know that i should not be using the treadmill, doing squats, lunges, or anything like that.
I need to relearn the names for exercises
