So my boyfriend and i went shopping yesterday. we spent 115$ for food. it has to last a month so that means no fresh fruits or vegetables. I tried to make better choices. we didn't go down the snack isle,baking, or pop. he even picked out great things while i was in the restroom.
I'm on this egg kick right now and i'm very surprised that its not hurting me. the last time i tried to eat eggs they made me sick. so there quick, easy and taste good. I'm trying to cut down on my use of salt, and other tasty toppings/dips. i'm also trying not to drink as many sugary drinks.
I really had to fight the urge to pig out when i was feeling upset yesterday. it was hard but i got thought it. because i shouldn't be eating to stuff down my feelings .
as for exercise i haven't been doing much of that at all. i've taken my dog for longer walks. and did yoga with toby one day. I really need to get into this or toby will win. i would love it if i had someone to work out with, but toby doesnt want anyone around when he is exercising.
I craft, I like making non useful items. And can't work on big projects without making ten items in between

back to the work outs
Toby and i went to the office gym today.
I knew that Toby didn't want to stay long so...
I walked for five minutes
biked for five minutes
20 crunches on my ball (which has been at the gym since last may, un-poped, but they did steal a part of the pump i left)
10 reverse crunches
lots of other things too
I feel it already, good thing i have the day off the feel the pain. I still have bad knees so i know that i should not be using the treadmill, doing squats, lunges, or anything like that.

exercise: 13 mile bike ride with my sweetie

I'm working on knitting dougnuts. I want to try to knit some earrings.
Toby : I made him sad. I told him that i wanted to have a friend or two. I just want someone to talk to or hang out with.

Take a chance, take your shoes off, dance in the rain
I exercised this morning.
later during the night toby begged me to go to the park.
we started our 147 park tour. I dont know why ann arbor has so many but we want to go all of them.
we took pictures/. Toby and i found a baseball field. im thinking im so big and tough lets race.
Toby smokes,and is a little overweight. We raced around the field and i got beat so badly. come on now i've been training for months, he only goes to the gym once a week if that.
I think i have small lungs i cant blow up balloons.

row row row your boat
Im trying to stick to the whole special k diet. its going ok so far. I've gotten over my cold, and im full of energy.
I'm at 127, 30 inches waist,22 inch thighs
I dont know how to measure my arms.
I've been exercising a little here and there.
one day toby and I were in the exercise room. i was doing the rowing thing. and this women came up to me and was like "do you want to know how to do that the right way." So she told me , then showed me and I still wasnt doing it right according to her so she gave up.
I've been taking this pills. Its a once daily lactose pill. It has been helping a lot. i dont have cramps, other really bad symptoms, still a little gas and oily skin. but i can go out to eat again :D
I got this pokemon game and i have been way to into it . it was taken away for the day, and i ended up knitting over half a hat

baby your the one
I didnt exercise this weekend. And I ate frozen non-fat yogurt.
but the baby shower was cute. I started an hour and a half late. I got to meet my niece for the first time

My mother had the have her taken away.she is a very angry girl, she went into the bathroom with a knife and screamed in pain. my mother call the cop/hospital. they put her into a rescue center,for troubled teens for two days. Now she has monthly anger management meetings. i think she needs a bit more.

S~chips 1/4 bag, extra dark chocolate
L~ deep fried cheese things, and rice
D~ yogurt, with strawberries and an orange

Life:
I'm going to Toledo for my little sister asia's baby shower this is what i got her. I hope she likes it i didnt spend crazy money but at least i got something.

some book and a stuffed simba that i got at the good will. none of the books have writing in them or riped pages and the lion looks like new.
the two outfits where on cleance.
So she is my second sister to have a baby ahsley had one at 14. i've never seen my little niece. on myspace pictures.
I did a bad bad thing I ate the cheese. and it was good. Now im going to be sick tomorrow.
maria made me clean the bathroom which i hate and she knows i hate.so i played my spice girls extra loud, sang along, and danced and jumped, in yo face maria. Then she goes comcast is coming tomorrow to install the cable. So i had to clean the bedroom too. I played panic at the disco, and had even more energy. I could feel the workout, from the dancing. After the room was clean i had room to work out on my ball.
Now im sleepy.

I love to help out people that have less then us but there comes a point when you need to stop. Toby has spent at least 200 on Tricia and her children. Some of the money we get back but dang. Ok the baby grow out of his clothes, and she is house bound (she has the same fear of drive that i have and but nobody to drive her around). It was ok to buy him a few clearance items, but buying the jealous sister a new outfit that cost more then ten outfits for the baby. But yet I get bitched out if i buy yarn, or a new tee shirt.
Club crackers are addictive. I just couldn't stop i had to give away the rest of the box.

Toby wants to lose weight. He wont go with any kind of diet but he’s going to try to work out more.
yesterday i walked the dog for 40 minutes. Today it was to icy out.
We got up .and worked out.
I jogged 15 minutes .80 miles at 3.5-4.0
Seated Dumbbell Curls 2 reps of 5
Dumbbell Lunges 2*5
Dumbbell Squat 2*5
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows 5 on each side
Lying Dumbbell Extensions 2*5
Dumbbell Extensions 2*5

I played trainer, I tried to teach him all i knew about lifting weight. Also using the ball, I’m so proud of him for trying.

Barbecue Tofu
Tofu is slow cooked in a zesty homemade barbecue sauce for a delicious anytime meal.
2 lbs. extra-firm tofu, pressed and diced
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
• Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
• Serve on a bed of lettuce or on a hoagie roll.
Makes 4 to 6 servings

OVEN ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES
3/4 lb. red potatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary crumbled
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes 1 1/2 inch wide wedges. Combine potatoes, garlic, oil and rosemary in 8 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until potatoes are tender and crusty, cover in oven, stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes. Serves 2, can be doubled or tripled.

I want to be a doll
I'm so proud
I ran/ jogged 1.80 miles in 30 minutes at 3.5-4.5 speed
did 15 crunches
5 rep, lunges with 5lb weights
rowed for 4 minutes
I also did a couple of things with the weights too.

I don't want to see her cry ....
diet/fitness:
fat tuesday was fat i ate like three of those Pounchki things. So i ended up only eating rice and tomato salsa for dinner. Toby and I exercised.
walk/ jogged .80 miles
did some weight lifting with my five pound weights
5 reps of squats
5 reps of lunges
(and i tried to do leg lifts with ten pound weights but didnt get to far)
Rowing for 3 minutes
we have to kill time before going to the airport.

Life: I got hit on hard core. I dont like it when men are aggressive with it. Tell me i look nice and go. He followed me around the store had is friends try to talk to me. Asked me for an application just so i would have to talk to him. Then when I think there gone he pops up will im in the open area bagging chips. I told him i had a boyfriend, and i guess his friends where getting tired of his silly game so they left.
Come on now were not in high school we dont need to play the lets flirt with the girl and make her think shes pretty the laugh at her game, I hate that game.
