and we start back at one

Back Extension
Modified Plank

that was my workout for today. since i'm just starting up again. my reps were not many. i can only hold my plank for 5 seconds. squats were the easiest thing in my list. I did 10 minutes on my elliptical at 30 speed, and 315 distants,and burned 80 calories.

i'm going to try working out after i wake up every mon,wed,fri. sparkpeople.com gives me the list of exercises that i must do. and i get to choose the cardio.

i got an order for a cupcake purse. i just have to get the yarn and i can get started. while i'm makeing the one i may as well. make as many as i can from the yarn.

get into the grove

so as it happens every few months , i feel fat and want to lose weight. most of the time i never stick with it for more then a month. I'm not sure how long this will last . i cant make any promises to my self because then I'll beat my self up when i fail. and that's never a good feeling.

So Toby got a weight bench, and an elliptical. to help him , but he as doesn't stick with things. I have exercise DVDs, and a wii fit if Toby ever gets it back from his brother, goodness. i really like the DVDs and the wii fit. Toby says they do nothing for him. i guess we all need something a little different to get us going.

i just tracked my food for the day . i started at midnight , i work nights so i guess that would be the start of my day. and oh my goodness I'm a fatty, i ate 2707 calories ,i;m low in fiber and b 12. but I'm getting back into eatting eggs, there cheap and easy to make. maybe a cup of soy milk a day or something.


I'm not sure how i should plan my workouts, and meals. because Toby doesn't like diets at all. and i cook all the food in the house, he would rather not eat then eat anything whole wheat or fat free.

Toby has been on T for a few weeks and he hasn't really changed. that much, he is a little more confidant, and not so needy. his voice his really squeaky. and his facial hair is growing in a little more often.

I'm not looking forward to the body hair. male bodies are so nasty in the way, yuck boys.

i got a big tote of old yarn from a friend of Toby's. I've been trying to make a hat or two pre week so that i can give them away once i get a box full. or next year at the hat drive.

I'm also thinking of trying to make socks. the thing I'm most afraid of is that on will be bigger then the other. i don't like to fail,so I've been putting off learning how to make them.

life/rants:

I love to help out people that have less then us but there comes a point when you need to stop. Toby has spent at least 200 on Tricia and her children. Some of the money we get back but dang. Ok the baby grow out of his clothes, and she is house bound (she has the same fear of drive that i have and but nobody to drive her around). It was ok to buy him a few clearance items, but buying the jealous sister a new outfit that cost more then ten outfits for the baby. But yet I get bitched out if i buy yarn, or a new tee shirt.

Club crackers are addictive. I just couldn't stop i had to give away the rest of the box.

hey y'all

i dont know what happened to the feed thing. So i thought everyone left me. Then it came back and there are a million entries.

Ok yes my diet has went off the deep end.I went out to eat at this greek place. they messed up my order the first time with a big slab of lamb. so the second time it was covered in feta cheese. I was so hunger i just ate it and it was not good to me the rest of the day. i've been eatting way to much candy, and baked goods. It's getting so hard to even stay on track.

I mean i was going to eat ramen noodles last night, but toby goes no eat my moms food it not that much cheese. I was a deep fried tortilla with a cheese stick in the middle, but it was so darn good. I need to learn to say no and not be afraid of turning down food.

will i should be getting up to go work out. I like to go the gym this early no one else is there and i can watch VH1 or MTV and not have to use my mp3 player.

Food: I cant remember how my grandma makes her sweet potatoes. So i just boiled mines in the liquid it came in, 2 tbs butter/margerin, brown sugar 1/4 cup, vanilla 1 tbs

I tried cooking rice for the first time today (that wasnt minute rice)rice

it was supposed to be light and fluffy, but it was sticky and mushy,but still good for my first time.

Toby wants to lose weight. He wont go with any kind of diet but he’s going to try to work out more.

yesterday i walked the dog for 40 minutes. Today it was to icy out.

We got up .and worked out.

I jogged 15 minutes .80 miles at 3.5-4.0

I played trainer, I tried to teach him all i knew about lifting weight. Also using the ball, I’m so proud of him for trying.

food: I tried the scrambled tofu from the book. It was pretty good.

Barbecue Tofu
Tofu is slow cooked in a zesty homemade barbecue sauce for a delicious anytime meal.

2 lbs. extra-firm tofu, pressed and diced
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

• Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
• Serve on a bed of lettuce or on a hoagie roll.

Makes 4 to 6 servings

OVEN ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES

3/4 lb. red potatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary crumbled

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes 1 1/2 inch wide wedges. Combine potatoes, garlic, oil and rosemary in 8 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until potatoes are tender and crusty, cover in oven, stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes. Serves 2, can be doubled or tripled.

An I cant stop this feeling anymore

Life: I was so nervous about my interview today. I got all dressed up, and knitted and played on my ball which helped, until i got into the building.

I met with lisa, who was nice, then she goes you should be interviewing with the store manager not me. So i wait for him for about 5-10 minutes. He was really nice and we talked about all the things that i did for work my hobbies. i realized that i like to run around at work and he told me that office max is a different crowd then my other jobs. He seemed really ok with everything that i could do and have done. Then he also tells me that he is just a replacement manager and he needs to talk to the real one and see what the hours are like. So i dont know if i have the job or not. I have to wait for a call.

Knit: I rediscovered craftster and I want to do some of the challenges. The hat that i was making is the size I want my waist to be. So instead of getting upset, about making the hat to big. Im going to make a skirt.

Fitness/diet: I made pizza yesterday recipe mines had light cheese, tomato, and onion. I didnt spread the dough out enough so it was very thick crust pizza, but still good.

I fit in my favorite pants a little better today

I found my fit to strip DVD. I did girls next door kendra workout 10 minutes, standing abs 10 minutes, and bootylicious bun 10minutes.

When i was trying to do leg exercises with my left leg it keep feeling like i was going to pull something so i had to keep stopping .

there is no need to say you love me

Some time I just don't know. my boyfriend Toby is so insecure. I'm training this girl named julia. Julia is a very cute girl but im just not that into her, all the guys and heidi are.

So Toby is all saying that im going to leave him for her. I like julia because shes cool, and shes younger. all the women that i work with are in the late 20's and up. So now i have to do damage control with toby.

for the past couple of days I havent been working out and not eatting that great either. We have little to no food in the house and we wont until next week. An maybe not even then because of the school and car.

I really need to work out a little.they last time I did it was dancing.my sides were a little sore but that was good. an im down to 130 yay!

So I told my manger/friend Katey about the office max offer. She is all about me trying to get the job. An the guy even came back raving about me. So later on that night i applied online. Will just see what happens.

Im off work today and I dont know what to do with my self.So i guess i will just do my hair and knit. Im not aloud to spend any money. which is my favorite habit. because we are looking to get a car this week. I'm tyring to talk toby into letting me buy a few things. because i need my fresh or even canned fruit and veggies.
