As spring is in the air in the northern hemisphere and those in the southern hemisphere start setting their sights for the arrival of winter, a lot of crocheters and knitters find that their crafting changes along with their wardrobe. Have a look through your finished projects and explain the seasonality of your craft to your readers. Do you make warm woollens the whole year through in preparation for the colder months, or do you live somewhere that never feels the chill and so invest your time in beautiful home wares and delicate lace items. How does your local seasonal weather affect your craft?
ha i never really think about it. but i will not make a crazy big item if its warm out. but in the colder months i will make anything.

ok the first one is some left over flowers from the hair clips. I used two towels i got a the thrift shop for 1.50 each (retail 5.00 each)
I used different crochet threads i think that these were 10 and 20. the green is embroidery floss. I used a needlework book to make the stitches
second one is 40 stitches with one row of single crochet, one of double crochet repeat five times, ten or so rows of single crochet, then back to the sc,dc row
its made with a size 3 or 5 crochet thread cotton
hook size D
third is some kinda zigzag pattern i found in a pattern book. it is like 46 stitches i think. made with the same thread as the flowers. also using a D hook.

i know that this is a wide neck sweater but I'm thinking mines is going to be really big. only a few more inches and its done.
