Hi!
Im back half way.
I want to cut down/cut out pop and jucie. So just water and ice tea for me. I need to find exercise that wont hurt my knees. So right now i think all i can do is walk. (like an old person in the mall)I want to get back to weight training. I also have blow up my balance ball.
I havent gained any weight while on my break. so im happy about that :D
Now its time to get back in the game

Good luck cutting out soda! I did that about 4 years ago and haven't looked back! (the occassional rum & coke does finds its way into my hands)... but that's it!
