How do you post a video right on the page. I've posted the other link but i wont work.
I got up and did something today.
treadmill 3.4-4.0 speed, 20 min, 1.07 miles
did different things with weights 5 pounds, yea i know im so strong
meal~
special K bars
pancakes
( Mrs butters worth, 10-15 chocolate chips, honey, vanilla extract,)
eggs and toast
Chipotle
(rice, black beans, tomato salsa, half a bag of chips)
one cup of pop
