Exercise:
40 minute walk with the dog. It wasn't as cold or windy, so i just went walking around the apartments.

Food:
B~ peanut butter and banana sandwich
S~ powdered doughnut,half pack crackers and jelly, chocolate
L~ sloppy joe and avocado, french fries
S~ chips,orange, banana,cookies
D~ chipotle salad, root beer, banana smoothie

One of my favorite ways to exercise is walking the day every day! (I also like to swim).

I craft, I like making non useful items. And can't work on big projects without making ten items in between
