well come back

wow its been since last june that i've posted here.

but now that its cold out. i'm in the house more and eatting more. Toby says that he is with me.

I'm at 126 want to get to 115, flat abs, nice arms and thighs.

i'll have to start off slow, and work my way back up. the apartments that i live at now, the gym is not as great as my old one. So more video time. only issue is space. I can move the coffee table with help. but the couch is a little big.

I did 1 mile on the eliptical yesterday took 20 minutes. but there were bad teen boys there so i didn't want to do to much i just wanted to get back home.

Toby wants to lose weight. He wont go with any kind of diet but he’s going to try to work out more.

yesterday i walked the dog for 40 minutes. Today it was to icy out.

We got up .and worked out.

I jogged 15 minutes .80 miles at 3.5-4.0

Seated Dumbbell Curls 2 reps of 5

One-Arm Dumbbell Rows 5 on each side
Lying Dumbbell Extensions 2*5

I played trainer, I tried to teach him all i knew about lifting weight. Also using the ball, I’m so proud of him for trying.

food: I tried the scrambled tofu from the book. It was pretty good.

Barbecue Tofu
Tofu is slow cooked in a zesty homemade barbecue sauce for a delicious anytime meal.

2 lbs. extra-firm tofu, pressed and diced
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

• Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
• Serve on a bed of lettuce or on a hoagie roll.

Makes 4 to 6 servings

OVEN ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES

3/4 lb. red potatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary crumbled

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes 1 1/2 inch wide wedges. Combine potatoes, garlic, oil and rosemary in 8 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until potatoes are tender and crusty, cover in oven, stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes. Serves 2, can be doubled or tripled.
